The Surveys, Calculation, Charaterristics And Influence Factors Of Trade Credit In Jiangsu Province

The trade credit has become one of the primary items which affect the balance of international payment and the balance of financial account along with the expansion of trade scale of imports and exports in China. The surveys of trade credit scale directly affect the accuracy of China's foreign loans data. So the research of surveys of trade credit scale has the important meaning to the foundation of statistical system of trade credit.The each index of Jiangsu export-oriented type economy, the output of which approximately composes 1/6 of the national export-oriented type economy, comes out top in the nation. Therefore, the research of trade credit of Jiangsu Province not only has provided the important basis for its own management of trade credit, but also has provided the model for the national research and management.The paper constitutes of seven parts:The first part introduces the research target, the significance, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the research frame, the possible innovation and the insufficiency.The second part introduces the record method of trade credit used in the international balance of payment, and specially introduces PPS sampling on the base of the comparison of three record methods.The third part carries on the investigation of about 500 enterprises in Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2004 by utilizing the PPS sampling, predicts the scale of trade credit in Jiangsu Province in the same period.
