Distribution channel is a kind of strategic resource to every company, and every company must choose and design their distribution based on its development strategy and products. But nowadays, distribution channel had become the obstacle for companies for its development. Because the environment of medical enterprises changes very quickly, the distribution channel can not catch up with the change. The medical enterprise must find out a kind of new management idea to adapt the environment change.In follows, three parts are enclosed:Part one (Chapter 1), mainly introduced the selected topic background, the goal, the significance as well as domestic.Part two (Chapter 2 and Chapter 3), specially retailed the channel management present situation of Kang-Shou medical enterprises, pointed out the opportunity and the threat of Kang-Shou medical enterprises.Part three (Chapter 4 and Chapter 5), mainly introduced the area roller sales, hope Kang-Shou medical enterprises can improve its management level by the area roller sales, Finally, made the summary to the paper research.
