It seems that it has become the essential aspect to determine the success of a new project.Considering the above discussion and based on macro environment and background of China real estate, especially the current situation of housing industry, the writer will demonstrate the impact of the pre-planning on the development of real estate. In the light of the current situation of the real estate industry and the pre--planning, the writer will analyze and summarize all the relevant information collected in every aspect.
