These year the question of RMB exchange rate has been a hot-point in both domestic and oversea society.The appeal of RMB appreciation has made huge pressure to our country.Although many papers have discussed this question ,they mainly study the question on RMB exchage regime to achieve the reform way. I think it will be more straight and realistic to study the reform steps on analizing the affection to our country under different appreciation degrees.The appreciation of RMB will make complicated affections on both macro and micro economy,which couldn't be counted accurately,so this paper mainly study the affections on finance field under defferent open degrees of capital item.At first the paper analize the factors which can affect the exchage rate and the forming system of RMB exchage rate.Secondly reveal the appreciation pressures from both domestic and overseas society,which prove the appreciation of RMB is unavoidable。Thereon we study the probable affections on our finance that arise from RMB appreciation,in the field of bangking.security and FDI under defferent open degree of capital item.Then the author gets the conditions and objective of RMB exchange rate,and put forward the policy and suggestions to change the regime.At last,the author gives the comprehension about the new exchange policy-------2% RMB appreciation and determining the level of exchange rate relating to a basket currencies.This changing is not a really essencial reform in the author's appinion,it's an arrangement to deal with the great pressure due to RMB appreciation.At the same time ,we safeguard the normal fluctuation of RMB exchage rate and maintain the nice development of our macro economy and fainancial market,and keep on mading great efforts to realize the marketable exchange rate and free exchange of RMB eventually...
