A Study On The Profit Pattern Conversion Of Chinese Securities Companies

In recent years, the operation of the securities companies ware in deep worse. Continued deterioration in profit has become an industry and system phenomenon. On the surface, the reason is the market environment changing, but the deep reason is that the profit pattern of the securities companies doesn't comfort to the development of the market. Profit pattern is the important content of the company's operation pattern and have relation to many sides of the operation. The study of profit pattern is to improve the securities companies'management, and form the persisting profit-making ability.The study is based on the theory of finance innovation and the theory of the persisting development of the finance industry. The study start from the comparing analysis of the difference about the profit pattern between the investment banking abroad and the Chinese securities companies, basing on these, the study analyses the essential reasons of the current pattern from the aspects of market bases,market development and the industry structure and management. Further,the study pose the advices and the strategies about how to improve the profit pattern on the aspects of resource adjusting, company strategies and competition conduct.The study includes six sections. The first section is the general presentation of the question, background and the benefits of the study. Section 2 is about the profit pattern of the abroad securities companies,including their forming course and trait. Section 3 describes the current condition of the Chinese securities companies. The forth section analyses the essential reasons about the profits pattern of the securities companies. Section 5 is about the main aspects of improving the profits pattern .The sixth section is about the advices and the strategy. The last section summarizes all the study and concludes the points.
