The Rising Of Modularize Economy And The Evolution Of Enterprise Organizational Structure

The modularize production pattern not only has the effect on innovation, diversification and low-cost; but also changes the enterprise's network partnership between the supply chain. This thesis bases on the modular theroy and organizational structure theroy; steered by Porter's competition strategical theroy and coase's enterprise boundary theroy; then puts forward the universality theroy of modularize, the changes of organizational structure and the strategical selection of realizing the modularize economy. The mainly contents can divided into several parts:The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter. It mainly analyses the currently research of modularize,it's basic category and basic functions. Bases on making reference to some scholars's research, this thesis not only sums up the correlative meaning of modularize, but also puts forward the concept of modularize economy. In the analysis of the basic functions of modularize, it analyses from tow angles,one angle is the decompose of modularize that how to reduce cost and another is the integration of modularize that how to satisfy diversification demand, which analyses that modularize can solve the "clamps in among" conflict that Porter lodged, then does some modify to this theory. In addition, by modeling mathematic model, it quantificational analyses the affect elements of the best extent in modularize.The second part includes the contents of chapter three to chapter five. It embedded analyses the influence that modularize effects on enterprise's organizational structure and the industrial organizational structure.
