Chaos theory is a sort of cross reference theory. Nowadays, it increasingly penetrates into all fields of physical science and social science, and plays the vital role. On the base of the basic characteristic of chaos, to combine chaos theory to the management of modern enterprise and discuss chaos theory as a burgeoning of the managing methodology will supply a significant direction towards the prognosticating, the decision-making, the histophysiologies, the leading manage and so on in the modern corporation. There are little combination between the management field and the chaos theory although it has achieved excellent success on the study of chaos theory.This article emphasize on the integration between chaos theory and contemporary company management. In the frame of theory analysis, this paper mainly used contemporary company policy, modern economic system theory, management theory, combined with chaos theory and fractal theory. Some of the methods in contemporary management theory, chaos theory and fractal theory are used to model the carrying process of company management for further analyzing and discussion in this article. The main problems and discussions include: First, problems about the study of the human resources management. Human resources are the most important resources and its management is usually the emphasis in the company management, so, the paper first studies this question. In the paper, we apply the success of chaos theory achieved in the field of physical to the management of human resources on the base of seeing the system of human resources as a complex system. Second, apply the behavioral hypothesis to study the action prompting. One of the important questions is action prompting in the study of human resources management, so, on the basis of chaos theory the paper studied the behavioral hypothesis from the view of requirement. By analysis the behavioral hypothesis in existence, we take for that there are some chaos characters like the internal stochastic and sensitive to initial conditions in the behavioral hypothesis, and apply it to action prompting. Third, the study about the company management used the fractal theory.
