| It is the basis of value maximization for an enterprise to have a sound capital structure, which is also a key guarantee to consummate the management structure of the enterprise. The research of enterprise's capital structure has been on for over 50 years, producing plenty of conclusions, different views and theories, which have resulted in good effects in practices. However, few Chinese corporations recognize the importance of the research of capital structure. By analyzing the financial situation of Guangxi Guidong Electric Power Co., Ltd., considering its current conditions, this thesis tries to find a sound capital structure which, as suggestions to the decision-makers, helps China's state-owned enterprises to find a better way for their reform in capital structure. This thesis embodies three parts: the first part collects from home and abroad the theories and works on capital structure; the second part analyzes the efficiency of the capital structure in Guangxi Guidong Electric Power Co., Ltd.; and the third part discusses some optimization means on capital structure. From the theoretical discussion on capital structure, this thesis puts forward the view that state-owned enterprises should expand their channels of investments, operate reasonably in-debt and consummate the management structure. |
