The golden swallow company is a professional private enterprise which produce the pesticide, after 13 years development, it has already become national famous enterprise which research and develop the insecticide for paddy rice, and have a prominent position in the south china's agrochemical industry. How continue to keep competitive advantage under the condition of the new market environment, develop and expand enterprise and product brand's force, are main missions of enterprise in the future several years. This thesis analysis and research golden swallow company's brand strategy of development from the angle of brand programming and operation management, give a systemic discourse to golden swallow company's brand strategic programming and operation management.This text is divided into six chapters totally. Fist chapter is introduction, which brief state the background and meanings of choose this subject, clarifying whole frame of the article research. Chapter 2 states the relevant contents of brand, brand strategy, the brand strategy programming and brand strategy operation management. Chapter 3 emphases on introduce the condition of the agrochemical market. Chapter 4 analyzes golden swallow company's operation environment and the present condition of brand management, establish the foundation for company's brand strategic programming. Chapter 5 makes the explicit programming to the brand vision and mission, the brand fixed positions and target, the brand images and the brand extensions of the golden swallow company. In the foundation of ahead several chapters of chapter 6, this chapter drew up the golden swallow company's valid brand operation management, the point is to guarantee the continuity of strategy's implement and the usefulness of resource's devotion, enhance enterprise's environmental adaptability and the ability to evade risk.
