According to enlarged demand for mineral resource, meanwhile combining the current ore deposit situation of LMC, the research proposed the strategy of constantly available development of LMC.This thesis, on the basis of theoretic research about mineral resources steady development, concretely analyzed the resource situation of LMC, external environment and internal advantages and disadvantages, it thus pointed out the strategy to make LMC's constant development occur. The programmed strategy of LMC's access to available and steady development is: increasing mining production capacity and economic benefits by booming mine through science and technology to achieve increased capacity of continuous progression, enhancing the ore reserve storage by excavating the prospecting potency of mineral resource, magnifying scale beneficial result by enlarging output capacity, adding products with high additional value by progressing towards further processing mineral products, meanwhile, saving the management risk by developing non-mine industry, concentrating the main body to increase the benefits by separating the subsidiary from the main one and staff's being laid of. At last this paper put forward the strategic measures, such as science & technology development, etc. Although this paper is just an introductory discussion, it can act as guidance and reference for the research of LMC's development.
