Research On Corporation Behavioral Finance

Behavioral finance is a financial theory that has risen since 1980s. This theory is now in the forward position of financial research and practice as well as a hot topic in western countries. Based on synthesizing foreign research achievement, starting with the relationship between behavioral finance and traditional finance theory, this paper gives a detailed introduction to behavioral finance theory, at the end, puts forward the prospects for the future development of this theory.The theory of corporation behavioral finance developed on the hypothesis of limited arbitrage and limited ration. And it is a multiple subject of psychology, praxiology, sociology and knowledge of cognizance, which has introduced the behavioral finance into corporation management, researching the real response and thinking process of participants, and also explain the phenomenon in the real financial markets.This dissertation is divided into four chapters, which is focuses on the modern financial market. And introduce the theory of corporation behavioral finance, the advantage of the application in the real market and the difficult or matter which will be faced in China.First of all, This dissertation give a introduction of the shortness, background and development history of modern corporation finance theory. And then give the advantage of take off the modern corporation finance theory in real market, and expound the background of behavioral corporation finance theory and the history.
