Performance management is one of the important parts of HR management. Limited by the poor business conditions and staff of them, small and medium-sized enterprises of China should explore how to set up the proper HR systems so as to adapt the development of themselves, which is the practical problem confronted by many managers of these kinds of enterprises. This thesis aims at exploring the performance management system suited for enterprises A(which is practiced by the author), combining Management Principles, HR management and other fields nowadays.The paper is made up of 4 chapters. Cha 1 is about the backgrounds and research methods of the whole thesis. In this chapter, we decide the theories for the idea on HR management. Cha 2 is about the identifying the key positions and drawing out the position responsibility files. This chapter based for the designing assessing systems; besides, it is the first step of the whole designing process of performance management system. Cha 3 is arranged to expatiate the designing and executing of performance management system. It is the core part of the paper. The designing principles, the designing of performance assessing systems of key positions and executing advice has been introduced in this chapter. Cha 4 concludes some main ideas drawn from practices and theories.
