According to guide the Customer Satisfaction(CI) theory to brand garment enterprises, then analyze and research the domestic and international CI theory, I set up the Customer Satisfaction Measuring Index System(CSMIS) when I analyze our country local garment market environment and the enterprise brand developments, According to the evidence analysis ,it can examine the garment enterprises'CI in the market. I digitize the index to assess the garment enterprises'CI, customer loyalty degree and earnings efficiency. Finally, I point out some marketing strategy to improve the garment enterprises'CI. This lesson has some creative points as follow:First, According to the psychology, economics and sociology theories analysis. We can understand the CI is a kind of mental state appearance of the customer. It is impacted direct or indirectly by the customer's expectation, expectation product, service quantity, expectation value etc.Second, Studying the present condition in domestic and international CI development and process, analyzing and refining the important influence factors of this lesson need and set up CSI of the native brand garment enterprises. Then through the market inquisition, I establish the logic and construction equation.Third, Establishing CSIS . According to the decomposition of construction variation and establishing the observation variation, I compose the CI investigation form.The end, Using the way of digital form to analyze the CI condition of the business enterprise in the market. Pointing out its advantage and shortage, and concluding the marketing theory and good example to another native brand garment enterprises.
