Research On Technological Innovation Of STFs

With the repid development of science and technology,a nation's economy competitive power depends more and more on the factors of technological innovation,thus technological innovation attracts the attention of the academia,entrepreneur and government of various nations as well. Relying on the advantages of content of high-tech and unique structure of highly qualified intellectuals,STFs play a more and more important role in boosting technological innovation and upgrading national science and technology level,and even technological innovation becomes an important guarantee for STFs to obtain permanent competitive power. Therefore,along with it becoming a wise choice for many STFs to sustain vitality and market competitive power , searching for the contraints and relevant incentive measures have a profound significance of promoting technological innovation.
