With the competition of the telecommunication market getting fiercer, telecommunication operators are facing the great challenges to find the core competitive power and handle the competition of the market. This is going to solve the problem by study the creation of the customer value. The value creation of the customers is not only important but also essential. The thesis also studies the feature and the driving factors of the value creation. At the same time, the thesis gives examples and study on the difficulty and problems met by the present telecommunication operators to create the customers value. According to the main features and driving forces and the problems, the thesis proposes the basic rule and method to create the customers value. At last, based on the positive study, we build a customers value creation model to guild the real work.
