In china, as an important part of the national economy, the medium and small-sized enterprises are going to play a consequential role in continual economic growth and social development. However, cash deficit always is a bottleneck restriction for the development of our medium and small-sized enterprises for years. Actually, it shows weakness in ability to pay in cash, which is closely related to cash flows. If cash inflows is less than cash outflows, it will be bound to result in shortage of money. It is possible for some enterprises to be lack of money because of pouring less money, but if the enterprise has poor ability in handling money and spends money immoderately, it is no use pouring more money. Therefore, the marketing medium and small-sized enterprises which have raised money by share issue should manage and control cash flows in an efficient way.This thesis conducts the quantitative investigation and the qualitative analysis to cash flows of the marketing medium and small-sized enterprises, and then reaches into several kinds of analytical methods and models on cash flows of the marketing medium and small-sized enterprises, which is in order to improve management on cash flows of the marketing medium and small-sized enterprises, assure themselves of enough and high quality cash flows, and achieve the goal which keeps a sustained and steady-going development for the marketing medium and small-sized enterprises.
