| As the reasons for the high rate from Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) bankruptcies were discovered, it is found that there are four main factors together functioning, which of them are the environment, strategy, organization and culture. After the researching of those factors and learning from the foreign successful experiences, the methods and strategies for decreasing the bankruptcy rate are suggested in three different areas, which consist of the strategy for SME overall development, the strategy for industrial organization adjustment, and the strategy for their own development. There are four main innovations in the thesis as follow. One is the aspect of researching rout that the main factors were discovered from the failed enterprises. And the second is the factors of researching which include the four factors mentioned above, some of which is the cultural factor that is considered as one of the most important bottlenecks for the developments. The last one is discussing about the strategy alternative and industrial structure improvement. .This thesis consists of the following chapters:The 1st chapter is the exordium part, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the paper, and reviews the researching actuality at home or abroad. At the same time, it also indicates the main content and innovation.The 2nd chapter makes a certain definition of SMS, pointing out that the SMS doesn't include state owned ones. And the problems and state of SMS were analyzed, moreover, the characters from our country were summarized.The 2nd chapter summarizes some relevant theories in Suppliers and Supplier Management, points out the main differences between Supplier Management in traditional meaning and fellowship in Supplier Chain Management. Meanwhile, it analyzes the risks probably existing in fellowship.The 3rd chapter makes a certain definition of bankruptcy, and analyzes the differences from the statistical caliber. The relationships among the enterprise failure, enterprise closure, enterprise dissolution and enterprise bankruptcy were analyzed, moreover, the contrast analysis were discovered among the USA, Canada and our country.The 4th chapter had made the theoretically analysis to the situations of SME, which first interpreted enterprise's life, and proposed four key factors of the influences. The thesis emphasized on the influences of culture, strategy, organization and environment. At last learning from the Greiner model to conduct the research of SME development, the thesis had analyzed SME points of inflection and the corresponding countermeasures which possibly appeared in the different development stages.The 5th chapter proposed the countermeasures for reducing bankruptcy rate. Through summing up the whole paper, we explain the insufficiency existing, and make a prospect of the future development. |
