The Research Of Theory And Countermeasure On Chinese Enterprises Cross-border M&A

Now competition between enterprises are becoming more and more fiercely with economy globalization and surged technology and industry revolution. All multinationals increasingly improve their international competition by strengthening core industry development through cross-border mergers & acquisitions. Based on multinational FDI theory and developing country M & A theory, and from the respect of current situation of Chinese enterprises implementing cross-border M & A, this article analyses main barriers for our enterprises being cross-border M & A from micro and macro sides; On basis of multinational success abroad, the article brings forward a series of general strategy choosing and countermeasure suggestion on how to construct and develop Chinese multinational. And what's more, it also provides an idea for our enterprises implementing internationalization strategy,facing challenging of globalization,strengthening strategy footing and enhancing international competition.
