Study To The Development Of The Open-end Investment Funds In China

The development of the open-end investment funds in our country is just at its beginning both theoretically and practically. Under the trend of economic globalization after acceding WTO, our nation must improve the capital market and develop open-end investment funds so as to deep the policy of reforming and opening, accelerate the construction of the socialism market economy. Proceeding from institution analysis, this article emphasizes the advantages of the open-end investment funds, analyses the possibility of developing the open-end investment funds in our country. Referring to the experience in the development of the open-end investment funds in developed countries, this article points out the necessity of developing the open-end investment funds in our country. This article focuses in analyzing the barriers which influence the development of the open-end investment funds in our country according to our country's condition, and seeking the countermeasure for barriers. Therefore, we must resolve the following problems in development of the open-end investment funds: first, the regulation defects in secure investment, second, the congenital defects of our country's capital market, third, the administration idea and structure of the funds.
