Study On Supervisory Management System Of Urban Planning Approved Construction Complete Projects

As the 2008 Olympic game will be hold in Beijing, Completed construction projects increase year by year, and their spatial distribution scope become more and more extensive, all that makes projects management confronted with some new problems and challenges. Therefore, In order to make up for the slow feedback brought from paper maps and documents on construction projects and improve the monitor method of construction administration, it is essential to adopt some more effective measures to monitor the projects progress dynamically.The study attempts to construct a WebGIS solution on supervisory management of city layout construction complete projects, including the system structure, data structure,data organiztion,platform structure and its software and hardware enviroment. The study has been based on an investigation of actual practice in projects application, approval, complete check and admistration of Beijing city.Based on a network enviroment, employing B/S structure development model, and guided by a rational integrating advancedness and practicability, generality and individuality, and a module design, the study has finally developed applicable system which has been applied in Beijing city.
