| More attention have been payed to the research on the combination of the industry economy and the finance in the theory area, which includes the combination of the stock market and the industry economy, and there are few economists who separate it out to carry on a research. But the security market is the main part of the finance and the stock market is the important part of the security market, so there will be more meanings of reality and theory to study the combination of the stock market and the industry economy.Though the combination of the stock market and the industry economy is in the control of the government in China, which is guided by the government policies of the industry economy, the result is imperfect. Surrounding this central topic, the author will explain the relationships between the stock market and the industry economy, then draw lessons from the related experiences of the developed capital markets and the new and developing capital markets, such as the capital markets of American and Japanese and the capital markets of Russia and Brazil. After summarizing the merit and the problems of the combination of the stock market and the industry economy in our country, the author will put forward several related suggestions of changing the structure of listed company soundly with the purpose of changing the structure of the industry economy of our country soundly to accomplish sustainable development of the economy. |
