| With the entrance to the WTO, Chinese coal enterprises are facing huge threats and challenges to their existence and development. Under these circumstances, Chinese coal enterprises should emphasize the market adaptability of not only their products but also their internal management model. Internal marketization is one of the methods to restructure the coal enterprises' internal management model, which is more practical and operational. But during the process of operation, how to make the internal market exert its function better and let the market mechanism conduct into every nook and corner of the enterprise? In view of the above questions, it is necessary to deepen and develop the enterprise's internal marketization and realize concrete method of management innovation -Post monetary management. For this reason, this study has significant meaning.This paper establishes the basic frame of post monetary management in coal enterprises under the condition of internal marketization, which includes the post installation, the supply and demand of post, fixing the price of post and the post competition; and discusses its basic functions: the definition of property rights function, the assets arrangement function and human recourses arrangement function; and introduces the operating mechanism of post monetary management , which includes the mechanism of profit, supply and demand, competition, incentive and constraint; and establishes the post monetary management system in of coal enterprises. This paper- also focuses on the study of its application in a coal enterprise-Huafeng Coal Mine, Shandong Xinwen Mining Industry Group Co. Ltd, where author works and participates the process.
