Research On Institutional Environment Of Private Enterprises In China

As a companion of the economic reform and the establishment and progress of our socialistic market economy, the private enterprises are burgeoning, constituting an important part of our socialistic market economy in macro level and an enterprises organization form indicating Chinese characteristic in micro level as well. So it is important for us to study the private enterprises. Theoretically, as they are running among the socialistic market economy with Chinese characteristic, they are branded with certain peculiarity. Thus,employing the theory of modern economics and socialistic market economy to reveal their running rule is beneficial to the study of the theory of socialistic market economy.
