In recent years, the discussion of income assignment is becoming one of hot spots in theory scope, theorists in different domains have analyzed the question from each kind of different angle and proposed the corresponding countermeasure. In finance scope, regarding measures to solve the problem, they summarized measures such as, strengthening the shift payment dynamics, increasing the personal income tax adjustment dynamics, establishing perfect social security system and so on. However, in some kind of significance, these methods can only adjust the division of income pattern after problems have happened, but cannot enhance the opportunity and ability of the low income social stratum to participate in the competition from the source. On the other hand, in the development economic domain, economists propose that education or the human capital investment is playing the vital role in the development of a country. Furthermore, they proposed that education and human capital investment can not only promote economic growth but also can gradually improve the problem of unequal division of income. In the education economic domain, some scholars has made studies and surveys the income of education investment. They prove, on the foundation of a highly developed labor market, education plays the decisive role to a person's income and different persons with different education level will have different investment income. From the long-term trend of development, the functionality division of income will incline more to work factors. Fair assignment of human capital investment can make division of income tend to be fair, namely that education is helpful to the improvement of income division. On this base, this article will analyze how education influences the division of income from the perspective of education quantity, education quality and educational structure. Then the thesis inquires into how to standardize education policy and how to improve the condition of division of income to stand out the role of education in improving division of income in present education situation.The thesis constitutes four parts.
