Under the trend of economic globalization, logistics arrest people's attention increasingly along with the potential of first and second profit headspring is exhausted. It has become the focus of both country and enterprise decision-makers as the third profit headspring next to production and marketing. The development of logistics industry is closely bound up with national economic situation. It affords precious opportunity to logistics industry depending on the country's progress in economy and great logistics demand. At the same time, the modern logistics which function as productive service industry also provides good support and plays the foundational role in national economy development by adjusting macrostructure and changing the way of economy growth.Being a country in economic system reform, the nation's progress of economy depend heavily on investment, and it will be helpful to alleviate the mismatch between logistics and economy to a great extent by expending investment scale, but we should not ignore that the pull of investment for economy will descend gradually. So we need to realize the massive investment itself is not sufficient to improve the backwardness of logistics industry fundamentally. To enhance the overall capability of logistic industry, it is not only need proper investment to eliminate bottle-neck part of logistic infrastructure but also need to tap the potential of current facilities, improve the operation efficiency and service, make logistics industry on the way of intensified development.Various countries experience indicated that logistics development cannot leave without the guidance and coordination of government.
