Thus it is necessary to study risks in insurance companies, risk measurement and risk shifting.Development of world economy and changes in risk nature make the traditional conception of risk management used by insurance companies, no longer fit to new development. It is necessary for insurance companies to seek new ways of risky management from out of the traditional system to diversify and shift risks they are facing. Especially in China, there are many problems on insurance industry. After entering WTO, it is more outstanding than before. Because the past our country insured the market implementation seals up the management, the domestic insurance company participated in the international competition the experience to be few, the capital strength was and the developed country financial group is far from, also by far fell behind in the management way the developed country. So it is essential to enhance insurance risky management.This paper obtains from the insurance fund investigation into stability, and has carried on the quantitative analysis to the insurance fund stability. The paper has produced the insurance fund stable measure method as well as the insurance fund achieves the stable strip. Through the catastrophe risk negotiable securities research, this paper proposed the method that the risk undertaken with difficulty in the insurance market shift to the capital market, to reduce the insurance company the risk regulation. Furthermore this paper has established the insurance company utilization of capital risk management system as well as internal risk control measure. This paper has conducted the system research to insurance company's risk management.
