Nowadays,as the enormous intangible assets of business enterprise, the importance of the brand has already exceeded the other strategic factors, such as land, currency, technique and the manpower capital, ect. Say from certain meaning, the competition among modern enterprises has already become the competition among brands. Therefore, whether own brand and make it become the super brand having become an important sigh of business enterprise that has had the advantage of the core competition on the market. It has become the urgent request from ages to a mature modern business enterprise that carries out the brand marketing strategy.As the first brand in China, China Overseas Company has the mature culture and a long history relatively. But today, as the development of brand marketing, the silence working style impacts the company step by step. In possession of good honor and admire, but the degree of brand feel is lower the competitor, Vanke. Therefore, promoting the degree of brand feel, increasing brand spread and using the strategy of brand marketing will be very important in the future.On the base of studying brand marketing theories wholly, the theory will analyze the inner and exterior environment of the company, especially the status in quo, meanwhile, study the good strategies of the others, analyze the competitors and brand marketing of the Overseas Company, in order to know its advantages and disadvantages. After that, make the brand marketing strategies and provide suggestions of implement.Currently, the brand marketing of China real estate has already owed the first development step. For the China Overseas Company, the brand marketing strategy which put forward from this thesis have the certain reference worth for expanding the market and evaluating the composition ability. However, the research result of this thesis also has certain reference to those enterprises that carries out the brand marketing.
