Technology And Application Research On Roadway Design Project Management Based On Process Optimization

In recent years, with the opening of roadway reconnaissance and design market, roadway reconnaissance and design enterprises have to face fiercer and fiercer competition. However, in roadway reconnaissance and design project, it is very difficult for roadway reconnaissance and design enterprises to control the design quality, period and process. Aiming at the urgent requirements and characteristics of the project, this thesis proposed to study networked roadway project management technology and application based on process optimization.Firstly, the paper analyzed the current situation of roadway design project management, summarized current problems existed in roadway design project, and presented the research significance and purpose. Main contents and research steps are presented as well.Secondly, the paper studied the roadway design process, developed function models of the design process using IDEF0 method. Based on IDEF0 models, the design process was analyzed and optimized using ESIA technology of Industrial Engineering. According to the analysis results, a general scheme of networked project management was proposed.Third, the paper studied detailed technologies aiming at the realization of networked project management, including distributed project planning and releasing, dynamic monitoring and coordinating of design process, collaborative design team organization and management, integrated project information management.At last, the paper designed the structure and functions of a networked roadway design project management system. Taking Hebei Communication Reconnaissance and Design Institute as the application background, the system was used in several projects. The application steps, application team, training and implementation rules were studied. The application process of Jinghua highway project was illustrated and the validation of the system was tested.
