Research On Human Resource Development In Hebei

Human resource is a dynamic productive factor to the growth of economy, and the deciding factor to the improvement of labor productivity. During the transition from industry economy to knowledge economy, human resource, as the owner of technology and science, play a more and more important role in the economy growth.The development of Hebei is an important part of the development strategy of surrounding the Bohai sea. Because of many reasons, it's population increase quickly, human capability and medical care system are poor. On such condition, Hebei is facing with more austerer problem of human resource. So, this paper describes the relationship between human resource and economic development in Hebei from theory, brings forward academic gist of human resource. Then it expounds human resource development's status quo and circumstance. Lastly, it puts forward solutions to development of Hebei human resource and employment problem.
