Study Exploitation On Resorts Around Metropolis

With the development of social economy and improvement of living standard, increase the demand of leisure, vacation tourism have been developing rapidly. Due to the low level expenditure, limited by traffic, communication and holiday, vacation tourism is always short-time and round the city. Vacation Resort, the important dependence, which is always built the belt around metropolis, develop to be Resorts Around Metropolis by dependant of metropolis. This thesis define Resort Around Metropolis, and put forward the exploitation model from the three perspectives, that is exploitation conditions assay, programmer planning and exploitation protect. The author points out that what the most important is to stress the special location and market for Resort Around Metropolis from other resorts. Based on the exploitation model, the thesis takes Guangzhou as a case to explain the model, so that theory combines with the fact. The thesis uses Science of Systems theories, combining of theoretical research and fact demonstration research, the combining of statistics analysis and qualitative analysis, the combining of contrast analysis and analysis.
