The Research On The Core-flow Reconstruct Of Automotive Mould Enterprise

The rapid development of automobile industry is not only an excellent opportunity to the development of mould's manufacture but also a big challenge to the craft and delivery level of automotive mould's manufacture. The traditional flow of automotive mould's manufacture enterprise can't adapt to the change of market, so how to reconstruct flow and improve integrated competition is a serious challenge to current automotive mould manufacture enterprise.The paper analyzed the information flow and basic flow in mould's manufacture and discussed the cost, the cycle of production from the view of economics. We here in proposed the kernel flow of mould manufacture enterprise, namely, the flow of product design and manufacture.The two principles of flow reconstruct are collateral work substitute serial work and cooperative work environment substitute complex feedback. Based on the detailed analysis of the characteristic and existent problems of design flow on automotive mould, we used the correlative theory of collateral engineering to analyse the mechanism of collateral design on automotive mould and built the model of flow for automotive mould. Moreover, this paper also put forward the scheme of flow reconstruct.We took an automobile enterprise for an example, functional models and product information models were built after flow reconstruction by IDEF. We have validated that the PDM system was very important to the reconstruction of flow by analysing the construction of co-design, the control of relative flow and the management of product data.In this paper, the method of selection, systems analysis and procedure analysis have been used to reconstruct the kernel flow of automotive enterprise. It is a useful way to reduce the cycle and improve the quality of mould.
