| Yangzi River Delta and Pearl River Delta are two of the most developed regions in China. With China's entry into WTO and improving market environment, the private enterprises in the two regions are facing fierce competetion from both foreign companies and state-owned companies. Diversification strategy is one of the strategies that many of the private enterprises have taken to expand their businesses or minimize the operation riskes.
