Exploring Some Questions Of Independent Director's Professionalism

The independent director system originated from Great Britain and America, In order to improve the interior supervising of the listed company, to promote long-term healthy development of the stock market and the capital market, our country forced the listed company to introduce the independent director system. As a transplant system, independent director system conflicts with system environment and the board of supervisors, its implementation result and people's expectancy have greater disparity. Therefore, we cannot overall imitate the independent director system of Great British and America ,we should innovate the independent director system according to the actual situation of our country, explores a new independent director system which suits our country national condition.
