Improvement Research On Environmental Information Disclosure Of Thermal Power Enterprise

The thermal power enterprise's environmental problems have become an increasing concern from internal and external stakeholders. It is imperative to improve the situation of environmental information disclosure. Firstly, thermal power enterprise's stakeholders are defined, based on the definition, and the stakeholders'requirements on environmental information disclosure are analyzed in this thesis. Secondly, through two levels macro and micro, the domestic and foreign thermal power enterprises'situation of environmental information disclosure is analyzed and compared, which the macro-analysis and comparison is conducted on the basis of laws and regulations on environmental information disclosure from China to Japan, America, British, and the micro-level analysis and comparison is conducted on the basis of 27 domestic and 5 foreign listed thermal power enterprises. In the end, some suggestions about improving the situation of environmental information disclosure in thermal power enterprises are proposed, which are relevant to China's actual conditions.
