Research On The Environmental Cost Of Power Plants

The power plants are the primary entities that emit pollutant.In the power market,whether the environmental cost is included in the total cost will influence the competitive competence of power plants,and determine whether the power system could really realize the optimal allocation of resources.Combined with environmental economics and technical economics, the policies of environmental economies and the technologies of reducing the pollutant emission are summarized.In this paper,calculating models for the power plant environmental cost are put forward and utilized to calculate the cost of BD thermal power plant.Through setting up the interpretative structural model,the key ingredients are gained.Then the sensitivity analysis is done.After this calculation,the enterprise can control environmental cost better,this will make for the sustainable development of environmental resources.
