Research On The Problem Of The Green Technological Innovations And System Innovations

The green technological innovations are economic processes in conformity with the ecologic and economic rule, having important significance to realize the sustainable development of technology, economy, social and nature. However, because of the stipulation, input and risk, system innovations are necessary to the green technological innovations. At first this paper discusses the background and significance about the question. And than, with combined method of standard study, empirical study and comparative study, the paper analyses deeply the necessities of system innovations, and the leading functions of the government to push the system innovations and the green technological innovations . In every aspect, the paper compares and introduces the advanced experiences how the internal and external governments carry out system innovations to push the green technological innovations, and gain enlightenment from them.
