Knowledge-based era of accelerating the process of integration into the global economy and the world of high-tech products made from breadth to depth of the market has undergone tremendous changes. With China's economic and technological development escalating the demand for high-tech products also increasing. Although China's national high-tech industries in recent years made significant progress in the development of hi-tech products trade has increased year by year, but the large-scale development and production of high-tech products are still unable to meet the current needs and have to rely on imports. The pricing of such products throughout the transaction process is an important link in a large high-tech products usually negotiated pricing, but in the course of trade talks, due to economic, technical and political reasons, many of my often made at a disadvantage for the pricing methods for the study of high-tech products, is a very necessary work, which will enhance our high-tech products imported rationalization of the pricing process, will enable our country in the import process to reduce unnecessary expenditure and thereby improve the efficiency of fund utilization.In the course of this study, the first analysis technology, high-tech and high-tech products with the concept, defined as the study of this large high-tech products. For product pricing and on the status of research on methods for analysis and evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses and scope, from large high-tech research, pricing methodologies for imported products. Next to the impact of large-scale high-tech product pricing internal factors, contract factors and environmental factors analysed, and from applicability, maturity, monopolistic, life expectancy, the cost of production, investment income and substitutability created large high-tech product pricing indices, based on the indicators factor in the price of a share, given the corresponding monthly.
