ERP system implementation for Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry is the topic of this article. The author analys e the key issue and implementation schema of FMCG ERP system implementation and testify the feasibility of this implementation schema as the example of shanghai one company's ERP system implementation.On the key issue of implementation of FMCG, the author supply the four main points which are consrtruction of organization structure, analyse of activity, pricing, logistics execution. According the above four points, the author also give the ERP solution about it.On the implementation schema of FMCG industry, the author uses the ASAP implementation theory as the basis of the schema. The author divided the total implementation lifecycle into five periods which are project preparation, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, go live & support. And the author supply the working list and working object of every period of the implementation.
