Corporate performance can't be separated by the joint efforts made by effect of employee and supervisor behavior, and how to make the persons make great efforts lies mainly in "reward". To the employee and supervisor, holding share system is a main kind of reward stimulates form, it rises and perfect for a long time abroad which greatly promote the corporate performance. Since upper century 1980's, a lot of enterprises have carried out the employee and super supervisor holding share. But the effect is not satisfactory, many enterprise especially, the listed companies the corporate performance is not maximally improved. Therefore, a lot of scholar carries out the studying, expecting to find out the origin problem. But most homeland scholars concentrated on the correlation research between corporate performance and the employee and supervisor holding share, fresh have considering the enterprise characteristics. However, whether the system have connection with enterprise characteristics such as category and scale of enterprise carries out conscientious investigation and discussion and analysis. Besides, whether or not exists companies belonging to some category incline to practice holding share system specially? What effect has been made to the corporate performance after putting the system into practice? Whether the three has some kind of forms connection, if existed, do they have some correlativity? All require conscientious research.Based on carrying out comprehensive analysis related literature , the paper put forward the hypothesis respectively according to enterprise characteristics including enterprise scale , industry characteristic ,state-owned or not holding share to investigate whether the employee and supervisor under this three kind have relations with corporate performance , and accordingly design the regression models. The empirical study was carried out through combining the descriptive analysis, partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions to test the correlation between the Tobin's Q, the net assets earning ratio and the ratio of employee and supervisor holding share. The paper reaches the conclusion that whether or not take enterprise characteristics into account , there exists no linear relation with employee and supervisor holding share .From the above, we deduce the system in our country do not reach the due effect, but more being only a stimulates formally. It should be pointed out that, the paper premises the linearity correlations between staff holding shares\ high holding shares and corporate performance based on the enterprise characteristics, which has deficiency both on empirical design and testing methods. Therefore it requires further investigation and discussion according to the development of practice and theories.
