Research On Enterprise Sustainable Financial Development

The enterprise sustainable development theory follows the proposition of social sustainable development theory to propose and develop. Enterprise sustainable development is regarded as the most important concept in enterprise sustainable development theory. The enterprise sustainable development is one kind of enterprise survival condition that surmounts enterprise's insufficient growth or excessive growth, surmounts the restraint of resources and the environmental protection, surmounts product life cycle, and this kind of survival condition is achieved through unceasing innovation, enhancing and developing the ability that satisfies the market demand unceasingly, pursuing the enterprise sustainable growth unceasingly.Since China has joined WTO for five years, the government looses the control and the enterprises face more competition, the enterprise sustainable development becomes more and more important.This article analyses from the aspects of financial leverage and dividend policy to use the enterprise resources reasonably, which are based on Higgins's sustainable development model. After decide the sustainable development rate, the enterprise should choose the prosper policy to control the actual development. As concerned to the Chinese open market companies, there are many problems to constrain the sustainable development; we should find the way to resolve this.
