The thesis is to study and compare the state-owned enterprises' reform between Korea and China, which has significative meaning at present time, especially in the assumption of two countries' close communication. The chapters of the thesis are as follows,Chapter one is to illustrate the achievement and meaning of searching this subject. State-owned enterprise's development is a world economic problem with the globalization. State-owned enterprises' innovation is becoming the world stream, which is already a specialized research field.Chapter two illustrates the Korean state-owned enterprises' reform history, which is from 60's of 20th century of Korean state-owned enterprises' privatization, listing the kinds of problems in Korean enterprises' innovation following the history analysis. Furthermore, it also expresses the Korean state-owned companies' privatization policy and process, and the reformed state-owned company gets development in the competitive system.Chapter three is to compare the scale of operation and situation between Korean and Chinese state-owned companies. Meanwhile, this chapter also describes the series of drawbacks in details in interior management, human resources system, and organization structures. The last part illustrates the Korean government intervention in the economic activities by its political power.Chapter four discusses and studies the new problems in two countries, especially the inspire to China from the Korean reform after the economic crisis, and how to escape from the corruption problem in Chinese state-owned companies' system.Chapter five analysises the process and reform achievement in Korean and Chinese companies' system reform, specially such as the big enterprise ( financialgroup )......Sumsung, Hyundai etc. companies' management and operation methods,and their financial situation.Chapter six discusses the new specialties in Chinese and Korean enterprises: Chinese big companies have already expanded speedily, in the later 90's, Korean big enterprises also speeds up the overseas' investment.Chapter seven compares and concludes the specialties and effect more. Illustrating the government effect in the economic development, combining the Chinese companies' present situation, the chapter expresses the inspiring effect to Chinese companies' long-term development.
