Study On Internal Audit Issues Of Diversified Businesses Of Anhui Electric Power Company

With the opening and reform policy being carried out in the last decades, there has been a rapid expansion of diversified businesses of Anhui electric power in our country. Diversified businesses of electric power companies become more and more flourishing with the steps from infancy to maturity. However, with the further development and the deepening of electric system reform, it becomes a hard problem to establish modern corporation system for most diversified businesses of electric power companies. As the main part of modern corporation system, internal audit plays an extremely important role in the aspect such as consummating the corporate government, establishing internal control system and strengthening corporate management. Finally, it gives some suggestions to settle the problems and vividly analyzes internal audit of diversified businesses of electric power companies.
