China three gorges project corporation(CTGPC) is a somewhat powerful enterprise in domestic electricity market and capital market. In order to improve level of ATP amount (after income tax profit) and ROA ratio (return on asset), the Top managers all along have been paying more attention on how to carry through tax plan and preparation as max as possible meanwhile complying with current tax regulation .in this article, I bring forward my own opinions about tax plan and preparation in CTGPC combining my tax experience in practical, mentor guidance with tax theoretical knowledge.
