The thesis makes an exclusive study on the marketing channel of Lanzhou Great Source Trading Co. Ltd. by applying marketing management theory and methods. Through deep analyze some existing problems of the firm's marketing channel to make out the marketing channel structure which suitable for future development. So as to discover future marketing channel which will be suitable to more and more fierce international marketing competition environment and the reality of the export-orienteal business enterprise.The thesis begins with current circumstances of Lanzhou Great Source Trading Co. Ltd. and looks back to the change progress of the firm's marketing channel under the different historic background. By analyzing SWOT elements of the firm and finding out the relevant factors that affect the firm's marketing channel design. For the existing problems of the marketing channel in this firm, designs the future marketing channel structure of Lanzhou Great Source Trading Co. Ltd. according to the basic procedure of marketing channel design. Particularly, through the example of cases deep investigate the establishment of the partner marketing channel of the firm. Meanwhile, put forward to the management strategy of the marketing channel of Lanzhou Great Source Trading Co. Ltd.The study on this subject waits on enrich and deepen in the later practices.
