This is the result of international economic competition, simultaneously it meets the interests of national and regional economic development. At present, and while The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) with The European Union (EU) promoting the development of respective regional economy, the exclusiveness of the country outside their area is obviously demonstrated .in East Asia as one of three major economic zones in our times, economic integration and economic cooperation are imperative, which is a common understanding of various countries of east Asia (district).
