Study On E-Procurement Of DG Corporation

With the development of information society and the needs of agreements of WTO, enterprises face new challenges and opportunities under this kind of background. Procurement is one of the important contents within business enterprise, how to improve the administration of procurement is meaningful to the business enterprise. E-procurement is a kind of new procurement mode which develops under the information technical support, and it also leading the direction of procurement's management transformation. Under the background, this paper opened an exhibition to E-procurement of research.According to the basic theory of procurement, and the implements of the successful case, this paper explained the vital significance to the enterprise. Afterwards, through the analysis of the DG Corporation's characteristic and the industry's characteristic, this paper confirmed the procurement mode which DG Corporation should take in. And next this paper mainly discussed DG Corporation's plan of E-procurement, introduced and analyzed the main function of business process in the E-procurement system, declared the relationship of the business process plan and the problem of the DG Corporation's procurement.
