With the sustained and steady development of economy, increasing the income of Chinese residents, leads to nationals of the growing demand for personal financial services, personal financial business to commercial banks have huge potential for the development and space. But domestic commercial banks personal financial business development lagged far behind the pace of market demand, and how to use advanced foreign banks' experience and taking into account the actual situation in China, finding suitable personal financial management and business development model, is an urgent need to study the issue for domestic commercial banks.The article analysized the Personal Financial Services Market environment of China's commercial banks and the problems arising in the course of conducting Personal Financial Services to clarify the opportunities and challenges facing China's commercial banks and the Countermeasures should be taken.The text of this paper consists of five parts, the first part, introduced the profiles of commercial banking personal financial business, summarized the current personal financial markets' Characteristics. The second part, combining market segmentation theory with the practice of commercial banks personal financial business, raised the targeted marketing strategy. Proposed to transform marketing processes, adjusted the organizational structure of personal financial business marketing, that is to implemente a system management utilities, Through active marketing and integrated marketing services to increase efficiency. And then analysized the product marketing strategies, pricing strategies, talent strategy, the publicity strategy of Personal Financial Services. On the third part, based on the Markwitz's portfolio theory, analysized the investment strategy of personal financial business, demonstrated the different life-cycle stages and risk preferences of customers should be subject to the financial investment portfolio. Part IV summarizes the launch of Personal Financial Services in the entire process may point the risks and risk characteristics . According to the type of financial and business risk management business the author gives some personal preventive measures.
