Study On Evaluation For Green Competitiveness Of Listed Companies Of Material Industry Based On Environmental Information Disclosure

The sustainable development has nowadays become the important way to solve the ecological balance problem, enterprises must take the sustainable development path in order to meet the win-win of the economic benefit and environmental benefit. After entering into WTO,more and more severe green barriers make Chinese enterprise realize that enterprise should reform production process in order to improve environment condition and promote competitiveness in the international market,supply green products and carry out green competition strategy. Enterprises' green competitiveness is put forward based on sustainable development, the research of the green competitiveness reflects mainly on the green management theory, and it sets about from its inherent influence factor about products , technology , culture view ,etc., how could the green competitiveness of enterprises be reflected more ocularly? Under the inspiration of research in the standard system of environmental management of ISO14000 and sustainable development index system, index system research has become the inexorable trend which promotes the green competitiveness process. After established the environment management target system, through actively controlling and interventing various quantified resources consumption and waste treatment, the enterprise comprehensively optimizes the cost management, enhances the ecology economic efficiency, more direct-viewing reflects enterprise's green competitiveness.This article investigates in terms of environmental index system whether the green competitiveness is suitable for not totally revealing enterprises of environmental information in our country, whether is merged with the environmental protection regulation and policy of our country. At first, on the base of the relations between green competitiveness and enterprise value, this article expounds the research and development status about enterprise green competitiveness and environmental information disclosure, and introduces that we can apply index system in the analysis of green competitiveness.
