Carefully to fulfill the dissolution, insolvency proceedings, Trust, because of their shortcomings, is a transitional form. We should take the market as the guide, enterprises as the main, the government as the guaranteed. To the establishment of a new type of state-owned enterprises and workers labor relations, Full-service workers should re-signed labor contracts with enterprises.
