With Chinese financial systematic revolution, it is very necessary to build a reasonable five-category assets classification system for loans to improve the security and productiveness for rural credit cooperative. By using theoretic analysis and empirical approach, some theories and its application of rural credit cooperatives loan management are systematically studied in this thesis. The main works of this dissertation are:1. The theoretic and application actuality of five-category assets classification for rural credit cooperatives loan was summarized and its loan management common workflow was reviewed and its importance was pointed out, then loan of rural credit cooperatives was classified into farmer loans and corporation loans according to it's types and characteristics, and main workflow of five-category assets classification system was introduced.2. Based on analyzing farmer loan assets classification workflow, indexes of five-category assets classification for farmer loan was built by integrating indexes of credit rating, loan evaluation and loan assets management. Then an AHP-FUZZY classification model was built for five-category assets classification and example shown that this model could effectively evaluate the risk of farmer loan.3. Based on analyzing main factors of assets classification for corporation loan, a series index of five-category assets classification was introduced. Then an AHP-FUZZY classification model for industry risk and five-category assets classification models for corporation loan were built and examples shown that those models could effectively evaluate the risk of industry risk and corporation loan.4. A prototype system of five-category assets classification for rural credit cooperatives loan was analyzed, designed and developed by combing modern information technology and a real case of rural credit cooperatives.
